Inclusive Digital Health Initiative

Supported by Innovate UK, the West Midlands Health Innovation Tech Accelerator, and Birmingham Health Partners, this vital initiative focuses on assessing and improving healthcare accessibility for ethnic South Asian populations. We ran comprehensive mixed-method studies to evaluate the specific needs and usability of our digital health platform within these communities. This research is actively helping us understand how our technology can enable ethnic minority patients to overcome barriers to care, and how tailored digital health platforms can significantly improve their overall healthcare accessibility.
